Imagine that little girl. Imagine you as a little girl

Who did she want to be when she was all grown up?

Remember her passion, imagination, creativity and belief that anything is possible
“Maybe it’s my fault”
 
I hear this all the time from mamas in my practice
 
They worry they somehow did this to their child.  They caused their child to have Autism, ADHD, or other mood/behavioral issue

Like really hard.

I think motherhood is both.

There’s moments of ease and “I got this” mentality.
